vegetarian? hmmmm


asskum.

tomorrow i`ll have english writing competition in sanata dharma, the topics is about homeschooling, vegetarian and film censorship. i prefer to take the vegetarian topic, i`m interested in that topic because i don`t really much know about it. i forgot to ask my teacher how many words is required for tomorrow`s competition. hihi. i`m a bit in love in writing, cause i have blog, it means i love to write hahaa.

okay back to topic, in this post i`ll use english alright? this post is as a training.

vegetarian, what do you think at first if you heard this word? i bet you must be thinking of vegetables, *everybody knows about it dumb haha. i`m not a vegetarian, i am meat lovers! i can`t image how vegetarian never taste Mcd or KFC`s food such as kentucky fried chicken?! i ever felt being vegetarian, it was when i`m really hungry, but i have no food except an apple, then i eat in starving condition and after i`ve eaten the apple i felt full but i`m not satisfied, it`s just like something awkward on my stomach, i felt full, don`t want to eat again, but i still want to eat something! haha you must be confused, if yes and you want to experience it? try to eat big apple when you`re hungry.


and then, there are 2 kinds of vegetarian, it is lacto-ovo and lacto vegetarian. lacto-ovo is the one who still rely on eggs and milk for their source of protein. but lacto vegetarian is really non-meat but still consume dairy. why do people choose to be vegetarian is mostly because of health and religion factor. nonvegetarian means that they eat meat, and dairy product or maybe the easier way is that they are omnivore, they eat meat and also vegetables.

why do people choose vegetarian because of health factor?
hmm let me explain, meat has a lot of protein and essential amino acid. essential amino acid is protein that can`t be shyntesized by our body. so we have to eat something that contains essential amino acid, and then body can produce that kind of protein in our body. if we see from that side, it looks like meat is really a perfect meal. but watch out! if you eat it too much, it can harm your body, we can get acid strand and also cholesterol and in the end it might be heart desease. why it could be happen is because meat contains a lot of fat, and did you know, fat likes to stuck on our blood vessel. it really harmfull if the fat stuck on our vessel coronary in our heart, heart will be hard to pump the blood to our entire body. *i think this paragraph is too medical haha

and then, people choose to be vegetarian is because their religion teachings. the religion that suggest the people to be vegetarian is hindu and buddha. hindu and buddha teach to love every living things in this world. they really treat animal as well ass possible, they didn`t want to hurt it. if we eat an animal, such as cow, chicken and else, the hindu/buddha thought that it will really hurt the animal, they can`t take the risk to hurt the animal, cause sometimes the animals really comes to their minds over and over. the point is they don`t want to do violence to the animals.


and i`m sleepy now, i decided to sleep and wake up again in the morning to read the articles about vegetarian again.. huff..
